Cliff Cottage is part of a 19th century Grade II listed terrace on the South West Coastal Path. This self catering holiday cottage has wonderful views of Mevagissey’s harbour, the lighthouse and out to sea.
You will never tire of the view as it is constantly changing – Mevagissey is still a working fishing harbour, so the fishing boats are always going in and out, you may spot the local gig team practising or even one of the tall ships from nearby Charlestown. Mevagissey is also regularly visited by the local seals, so keep your eyes peeled!
On the ground floor of the holiday cottage you’ll find the living room with sea view, window seat, TV, freeview, DVD player, sofa and chairs. There is a night storage heater as well as electric fire to keep you warm, and lots of local information leaflets and books to help you plan your days out.
Through the lounge is the dining room with table and 4 chairs, a night storage heater.
In the galley kitchen, you’ll find a fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, and utility area with washing machine.
On the first floor of the holiday cottage are two en-suite bedrooms. The front bedroom has the best sea view, a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. Its en-suite shower room has an electric shower, sink and toilet.
The rear bedroom has two single beds and small wardrobe. Its en-suite bathroom has a sink, toilet and full size bath.
The rear bedroom is more suitable for children – it has lower ceiling than the master bedroom (so is not suitable for those over 6ft) and there is a sloped ceiling in bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are provided, electricity and water is included in the price too, as is superfast wireless broadband and a delicious cream tea on arrival.
No smoking, no pets please.
Please arrive at the holiday cottage after 3pm on your arrival day and depart by 10am on your departure day.
